Reewind Replaces Battle of the Legends

So after deep consideration, I have decided to postpone the staging of my vintage clash dubbed Battle of the Legends, which was slated for Easter weekend in New York. Instead, I will host a second edition of Reewind featuring King Sturgav and a host of foundation artistes. So foundation fans will still get to enjoy the essence of our sound system culture but in a totally different format.
To be honest, after the staging of our first Reewind dance in October, we received so much great reviews, and everyone has requested that it not  just be an annual event... and I agree. I think a new vibe is needed to break the monotony that we are facing in the dancehall currently. And since everything is a cycle, it's best to do so by starting from the beginning.

So on March 27th inside Amazura, we have put together a package that will truly be entertaining from start to finish. Again, our Reewind series is geared at allowing  patrons to enjoy a full night of entertainment which means the show starts early and doesn't stop until the club closes. One does not have to worry about artistes bomb rushing the stage a half an hour before closing.

Sorry for disapointing those of you who were looking forward to to spending Easter with Irish and Chin in New York for Battle of the Legends. Nonetheless this will be a fabulous Vintage Affair. Have no fear though Battle of the Legends will take place at a later date.

Check out the flyer for "Reewind and Come Again". Tell me what you think...
