There is nothing going on with me and Blunt. They are a good sound. I once stated that I tought Aj ax was the best mic man in NY because he is fearle ss! I always had a pricing problem with them that is why we never worked with them. We could never see eye to eye! They feel that i fucked up the b usiness and I feel they have alot more to prove be fore they can start charging elite prices. As far as Rootsman goes, I don't know much about them! Jill told me they are a good sound... but I have t o see them in action. For the record i don't figh t sounds. If you heard that i have a beef with a sound system.. i can proved they started it! YOW!!Chin, BLACK KAT should be the only sound from that lineup that makes it back next year{because they are the defending champs} introduce some diff erent sounds to the people, what about sounds like KILLAMANJARO, STONE LOVE, KING JAMMYS, BLACK SCOR PIO, SASHAMANE, BLUNT POSSE, SUPERSONIC, SENTINEL, KING ADDIES. Ganja Man your points are great, however bare this in mind! In Jamaica a large percentage of the fa ns who come to DBD are not international clash fan s. This means they have no knowledge of who is do ing good or bad outside of Jamaica. The only sou nd events they follow are DBD and Fully Loaded. T hey don't care about anything else. A flyer with a bunch of international sounds sounds great to me and you, but to them irish and chin would be robb ing them of the sounds they want to see. Chin, One good Idea that i think you should spend more time on also is the pre-clashes those are lik e filling up a boxing card with a great undercard. One idea is having 4 of the hottest producers in Yard and have a d.j. they usually voice be thier m ic man. For instance, Daseca have Vado as his Mic man, Don Corleon have Munga so on and so forth and peep this , the producer can only play chunes he produced!!!

The idea sounds good, but the concept needs more w ork. Most of todays producers don't have enough s elf- produced music for them to play 2 rounds in a clash. Also when you talk about adding artist to the game, it will cost $$$$. But again the idea is good. thanks for the comment

Dam 3 years ago! I remember that clash! Some goo d songs were played in the final lap. I haven't h eard anything about Rootmans since. Clashing wise that is.. This audio I posted wasn't a cl ash or a dance. King Turbo and Rootsman have never clashed. Ever.
This was a cd that was made in a studio by both sounds. It was distributed all ove r the city back in 2005.
If anyone knows me, th ey know I back ROOTSMAN 100%. Not only for their & #34;unorthodox" way of playing but their busin ess sense backing the sound.
