I am so much looking forward to this years Death Before Dishonor, in Jamaica. It will be the 10^th anniversary, of the biggest sound clash in the Caribbean.

Getting to 10 wasn’t easy, but I must admit that it was a whole lot of fun. Over the years we have seen the likes of some of the best selectors in the sound clash industry. As well, we have highlighted/ endorsed a few of the industries upcoming talents. The video footage, the audio and the 'word on the street'  speaks for itself. Death Before Dishonor has been a hit since its inception in 2001.

But as we know, all good things must come  to an end, and just like World Clash U.S.A, at the age of 10, this year we will bid farewell to the last hardcore clash in the Caribbean.

Confirmed for this year's clash is Sentinel…it will be their first time performing on Death Before Dishonor.

Death b efore Dishonor was blessed to have a ten year run and i am greatful for it. The guinness clash is a breath of fresh air for the industry. It might j ust be the industries next biggest thing. I love the idea.. World Clash will always be part of our clash history.. like Biltmore clashes... but it time for change. I just hope they keep it going, and don't stop it when their sales pick back up

irish and chin 30-01-2010 22:10:59 lol Prime.... i hold on to my clashes for many re asons. 1) because i can, in most cases the audio costed me over $50,000 USD 2) because people li ke you go looking for the audio instead of going t o the dance 3) the tape vendors were making a kil ling off of our investments. they were basically selling the audio of my events for $40 fuck that. why should we invest for ours to earn.

For the first 6 or 7 year' s of our events we aloud vendor to recorded for fr ee. We were still called fuckery. There was no t hank you.. In fact the very same vendors were diss ing us behind our back. I see something wrong w ith a person taking our investment and making thou sands of dollars off of it without having to bare any risk. If you were a promoter u would understa nd that sometimes we lose big.. due to high budget s and poor turn outs. But we are running a busine ss !!
