Dancehall's veteran deejay Ninja Man, his son, and two co-accused will go on trial for murder on November 19, 2012.

The date was set yesterday when the men appeared in the Home Circuit Court for trial. The case was postponed due to insufficient jurors. Ninja Man, whose real name is Desmond Ballentine; son Janiel; Dennis Clayton; and Seymour Samuels are charged with the March 16, 2009 murder of Ricardo 'Ricky Trooper' Johnson.

In march of this year Ninja and his son were finally offered bail in the sum of $2 million each. Prior to that they were locked up for 3 years whil awaiting trial.
