My Take on Full Klip Featuring Mighty Crown/Poison Dart

On Saturday, April 3, Full Klip went down in Antigua between Mighty Crown and Poison Dart U.S. This year's Full Klip was a very impressive clash. The attendance was great and it was very competitive. I was really surprised by Poison Dart's strategy.

Here is my quick clash overview. Mighty Crown took the first and second rounds. In the third round, Mighty Crown was leading with strong forwards until they played two non-vocal selections which caused them lose the round -- giving it to Poison Dart. In the fourth round, Poison Dart went in hard, scoring with a Jay Z dub with a DJ Khaled intro dissing Mighty Crown and a dub of a popular British song called "Party Hard." This segment drove the crowd wild. Poison Dart closed their fourth round with a tune from a local Antiguan artist named Logic. Needless to say, the forward for this selection was huge.

Mighty Crown started their fourth round with a counteraction of the Logic song, which allowed them to recover from blows received from Jay Z dub. Mighty Crown went on to floss with a host of new tunes from popular artists including Mavado, Bounty Killer, Kartel and numerous others. Despite a close vote from the audience, the round was awarded to Poison Dart. At this point, going into the 'tune-fi-tune,' Mighty Crown and Poison Dart were tied.

The 'tune-fi-tune' segment consisted of the best of 8. Mighty Crown scored five straight, which made them Full Klip's winner.

Just commenting on the sound clash between Poison dart and crown. Anyways. Nothing really to blog about, aside from Chin\'s Team took a beating at uk cup vs. usa world clash winners dance. Anyways, that\'s for another topic. Me how say, crown unno ready for supersonic next weekend. 4 Clash in a span of 3 weeks.. Geez.. Don\'t take sonic too easy, dem wicked to ras.

is it me, or am i misunderstandin g shotta paul from Sentinel who claims that they played a splice jay z dub just to get a forward.. what the hell is going on with these sounds today. RIGHT now on dhr, you have KENTROY who is claiming that poison dart\'s jay z is real, the old bastard earing is going bad. IT\'s really funny just sitting back and read the diaherria he writes. ONe would wonder if him married Kicky C sister or something or him and Kicky C a long lost bredda. Am I the only one who thinks that the people over there are out of their minds. Questioning Crown\'s Wyclef, Wyclef? When Clef voiced to addies, radigon, links, and crown. where the hell those these people pon dhr get them knowledge from? Come on people, with all due respect, we all know soundmen, and we par with them, but geez if a man give you shit to eat and tell you a steak, would you do it. Well Maybe Kentroy will, but come on people. Jay z gave poison dart a dub? when he never gave DJ clue or Funkmaster flex a drop. WHo the hell is Poison dart. Which show did poison dart book jay z for to get a dub from them. DJ Khaled? LOL.. please he is famous for his remixing of dancehall chunes in south florida, now he will be known for splicing chunes for sentinel and poison dart.

black kat comes to america and play like crap, same lame chunes, same lame order, same everything. However, once pantha plays inna yard, he shows a different side with his mc skills and his sounds playlist. Too bad about sentinel. This morning, I took a look at the other website to see if them had the world clash trophy and some dubs plates posted on the front page, however, I was sadden that the GHOST WRITERS, the two drews, had nothing to parade on their website but people questions whether those jay z dubs are real or not. Like, My friend Selecta Lynks would say, Pantha a the boss. I for one was hoping my sound, Mighty crown would have won; however I am happy that kat won because it gave my friends @dhr the sour taste of defend inna dem mouth.

Well let see, i am posting on your website, that could either mean one of two things, me get the purple from your friend(KENTROY) . ANYWAYS, DISCUSSING THIS DANCE IS A DANGEROUS THING AROUND THE LAND OF DHR. A SUPER MOD. PULLED OUT AN 7 YEAR OLD EMAIL, SAYING I BEGGED HIM FOR TAPES.
