YOUNG SOUNDS CAN'T DO IT

NO clash promoter has buss more young sounds than Irish and Chin. Over the years, we have introduced many young sounds to the arena. People just love talking shit!!.....So..... one blog stating "I would like Addies to win this year's competition" wiped away the list of all the young sounds we have granted a break in the past.. LOL !!!! Give me a fuckin break!!

What I stated goes without apology and I stand behind it 1000% . New sounds cannot save the sound clash industry! Let me say it again. "New sounds cannot save the sound clash industry". I will repeat it again.. if you like!! Some of you need to take a look around and examine what is going on in the arena. Stop lieing to yourselves! The absence of the elite members of the sound clash fraternity has caused the clash arena's pulling power to wane. I have not heard of a clash with "new sounds" attracting a thousand patrons. Have you??????

Please ask yourself this question: If old sounds are no longer needed and the industry's future is solely based on the talent of young sounds systems, why is it that the arena's patronage is so low? World Clash finished in 2007. Three years ago! Where is the new list of young sounds that are "must sees" in the arena? Who has replaced Jaro, Black Kat, Bass Odyssey? Tell me!!!

The arena is stagnant because the appoarch to rebuilding/maintaining it is wrong! Very wrong! In order to keep the hype and the fans interest the torch has to be passed from one generation of sounds to the next. There is no other way! King Jammys, Black Scorpio, and such sounds of that era were challenged and defeated by Bass Odyssey, Body Guard and the other sounds of the next generation. Therefore, clash fans followed the torch. Today, there is a need for the same process to occur. The problem is, most of the sounds of the last generation retired with the torch instead of passing it on! As a result a large sector of the arena's fan based has retired as well. This is why the arena has decreased in patron attendance. To them the game is over, because their heroes were never beaten by the sounds of the upcoming generation. It does not matter if you are the baddest young sound the world has to offer! You will not be crowned a KING by clash fans until you defeat the top players in the game repeatedly! All young sounds hoping to become future champions MUST continuously kill the sounds of high merit. Once a young sound shows that they can seize victories against the industry's elites, clash fans will begin to trust that sound and they will start to gather a fan base. When such fan based is formed, they will then be on the road to becoming a headliner.

With this being said....The industry needs to see a return of the arena's  legends. It is the only hope for the sport to conitinue. The legends have the real material that molded the sound clashing sport. They have the fans and the status needed to uphold the arena's entertainment factor. Once they come out of retirement a large percentage of retired clash fans will return also. This will mark a "generation war" and young stars will be born. It will be the main attraction in the morden arena. Young sounds will have a chance at true fame.

So... yea! I am in Addies corner for Gobal Clash. I want them to win! I want them to build the momentum needed to pull out Body Guard, Jaro, and the other greats! A big victory for Addies will make retired sounds feel like they can still compete and seize victories for themselves as well. My choice is bigger than being an Addies fan.. It's about being a fan of the arena's future!!
